James Partridge : ウィキペディア英語版 | James Partridge James Partridge (born 30 October 1953) OBE is the founder and Chief Executive of the charity Changing Faces. He is also a member of the chief medical officer's expert panel on cosmetic surgery. Partridge sustained severe burns in a car accident at the age of 18.
